Hypno-analysis
As its name suggests, hypno-analysis uses a combination hypnosis and analysis to uncover the deep-seated causes of psychological problems. Because it deals directly with the subconscious mind, it is an effective and rapid therapy.
Some problems respond particularly well to hypno-analysis, for example, recent successful cases include phobias (arachnophobia, claustrophobia etc.) anxiety and panic attacks, bulimia, depression, and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
This therapy may take anything from three to six sessions to complete. The advantage of hypno-analysis is that it uncovers deep-seated issues which are then easily resolved. At the end of the therapy, not only will you be free of your symptom, you’ll also find you have much more energy and a real joy for life.
